Bihari politics is actually of a very different level than for example one in Kerala or Delhi. Bihar alongwith most UP has criminals who are simply interested to grab, money, power and a way to immunize themselves to avoid arrest.

Since Indian elected members of parliaments or assemblies are not questioned, all criminals want to join the other white collar criminals who consider themselves professional politicians.

So we have extreme representation in Indian parliament that shows the character of the area they represent.

The lawlessness, however in any of Indian state is responsibility of central govt. specially of Prime and Home ministers. But the laws are for good and innocent people not for criminals. That is the reason we have criminals leading India.

Except 5% or less MOST of these politicians have no qualities, attributes or qualifications to lead India leave alone law making.

It is like asking a cat to vigil the birds.
