Death Rituals and Donating organs for helping in the development human race.
Some of the human tribes burn their dead and some bury their dead and others follow different Death rituals but why can’t we standardize that any one who dies he has to donate his organs before Last rituals are performed this will help few disabled people to gain organs like eyes, lungs etc.. It should be a duty of humanity to donate their organs to others until genetical science does not develops in which limbs can be grown from the human body even after they are accidentally cutoff like how branches of tree or a plant grow. This can be possible by cloning, if we can clone individuals why cannot we clone an individuals arms and re-grow the arm or any other electronic limbs that is controlled directly from the brain and function like normal organs.
All Sadhus, Swami, Gurus, Acharyas, Rishis and Monks should initiate the process of Each and Every single Organ Donation rather than just burning or burying our dead bodies so that more and more handicap people can get organs. So that even after death our bodies can be used for Noble cause.

what the Mainstream Technical Education univesities teach is entirely useless. They teach core computers for Mechanical Engineers when the concept of Mechanical Engineer should be something else for e.g. Mechanical Engineer should be taught only basic use of computers and CAD which will help in their Mechanical Drawing teaching C, C++ and other programing language is just baseless for Mechanical stream. Western countries are leading because of their Software skills generally done by us and Japan and other Eastern countries are emerging because of their Technical skills. If we develop both Technical and Software skills in India then we can lead both Western and Eastern Countries and gain our monopoly in education and skills field just like ancient times of Nalanda university etc.
All stream should be given more importance for the development and welfare of our country. Today Technician are treated like as low people whereas Engineers are respected more even though they do not have Indept knowledge of their own field for e.g. today a Mechanical Engineer does not knows welding instead of that he knows C, C++. A Computer Engineer does not knows to assemble a computer he just knows outdated programing knowledge.
A mechanical student should be taught indept of mechanics even welding.
A computer student should be taught indept of computers even assembling and chip level so that one day we can make our own processors and compete with Intel Processors.
Hence a new stream should be started called Technical so that they are treated with respect like other streams. The degree should be made standard throughout India and widely accepted. Just like how A+ and N+ private degree is recognized thoughout world for computer hardware and computer network.
For e.g. Computer Technician(Both computer hardware and software included to compete with A+ and N+ courses)
Electronic Technician.
Electrical Technician.
Mechanical Technician(Automobile Engineering included with Automobile Technical).
The entry of this courses should not depend on our previous qualification even school dropouts should be allowed to do these courses. Perhaps he failed in school because he was not good in maths or other subject but he has the skills to design new age cars by visualizing and analyzing hence can do Mechanical course.
But when we complete these Technical courses our standards will be much more than current Engineers and people will treat us with respect. Just like how industrial revolution tool place in Europe due to which their standards increased.
If these courses are cetified by IGNOU will make this technical courses as mainstream courses. Diploma and Engineer Degree combined in Technical courses with IGNOU certified. Hence Technical will have higher priority than Engineering courses and anybody can join Technical courses by paying fees and no other restrictions of previous qualification. It will be amazing if embedded and chip level course is also added to computer engineering so that one day we can produce our own processor and India can lead world in all streams.There should be certified examination like IES, ITI, ATI exams along with ITES and also,AMIE given equal weightage to the B.E. degree so that again India becomes a pool of knowledge like the ancient Nalanda university.
It will be amazing if embedded and chip level course is also added to computer engineering so that one day we can produce our own processor and India can lead world in all streams.
Also, India should have a common education system through the country and not state wise. This will also help in uniting different culture of India.
Farmers and development of High Profile full fledge Farming Industry.
Our Government gives money for neighbouring countries which they
make use of activities against us rather than helping the Farmers.
On the name of funds they are just given Rs 25, Rs. 15 check. What
is this rubbish?
There is one best india for developing the condition of the farmers
and also the Agriculture heritage of our Country by creating a new
farming industry.
Like for e.g. If some of us have big barren lands or even if they
purchase the lands of these farmers and then requirt them as an
Farmer employee. So that even if some fields are affected by
droughts then they can be sent to other fields wherein they can work
that means that will be paid on monthly basis Rs. 10,000 onwards. So
irrespective of the production capacity of their farms they will get
regular salary which can help them to look after their family plus
provident fund and pension facility when they become old.
This will not only help the farmers but it will indirectly help the
person in whose land their working because the rates for the
products that they will get by these farms will be under their
control and all the food stock will be collected and dumped onto
the Chairman of the Farming industry who owns the all farms. So this
will reduce the burden of the farmers to sell their products by
themselves. The Chairman of the Farming industry will be the sole
owner of the farming products that he will be going to sell it to
the shops and consumers.
One more advantage if all the farms are owned by a particular
company then they can bring in mordern techniques for the
development of the farm products for them the cost of such technique
will be under the name of the company.
The company owning the farming industry can create a banking system
wherein they can lend money to the farmers with lower interest rates
which they can free themselves from the loan burden with higher
interest rates of some money lenders. The farmers will be able to
pay back the loan of the Farming Industry Bank with easy installment
scheme and also there won't be exploitation. Plus the salaries that
the farmer will be draw will be from the same Bank wherein they can
even invest if they want.
It will benefit Farmers, Farming Industry, Our Country India, Our
Agriculture Heritage, Vegitation and everyone of US.
I am not talking about the current small scale agro business. I am
giving an idea wherein in big business houses who are capable to
invest and derive good returns from this business. Currently at the
max you can set up a small scal agro industry. I am not just not
talking about this. I am try to inspire making big scale agriculture
business house wherein each and everything will as per quality and
standards farmers will work in the fields like employees wherein
they will be paid salaray. Profits and Loss will be directly
controlled by the business sector. Do remember one thing that our
products are even exported.
Currently because of the small scale agro business intermediate
people they take advantages of this and they give less money to the
farmers in return of the products and export it at higher price.
Sometimes they keep these products blocked due to which they get
decayed that means just wastage.
If there is a big agriculture business sector which has branches in
different states and they then decide which product to produce where
and what to send where and how to produce at one place the farmers
do not have to worry about it they just have to follow the
instructions of the superiors. They can draw salaries just like an
employee in a city or town draws salaries in different public or
private sectors mills etc.....
Developing Industrial and SEZ in Drought affected areas:
It is will advisable to develop Industrial organization in Drought affected areas. As because of less availability of water and due to some other causes some land has become Barren such land can be used for Industrial development whereas Industries should not be opened in does land that are capable of agriculture so that side by side Agriculture Industry also blossoms. There should be even Agriculture not just because it is our heredity but it is the source from where we get our food.
Developing Industries to speed up India’s economical progress.
The reason that china is developing at faster rate is that because Chinese government is helping in the growth of Industries. It is providing them Land and other material with less taxation but our government is imposing more tax and duty due to which big computer Gaints like Intel etc are looking for bases in China. The fact is that we Indians develop the plan for processor and foreigners take all the credit just because our government is not giving proper infrastructure of the development of Technical industry. If more and more technical industries are set up India then it will generate more employment as well as raise the name of India even in technological sector. We are brilliant in Software but we require to brilliant even in Technical field to become a Super power in real sense.
Ayurvedic Farming:
There are many herbs that were used in ancient times to cure many illness. Though Aids, Cancer and Luekoderma were not present in ancient times but still there should be some cure for these kind of illness which can be only found out if we experimented on Ayurved hence there should be a Land allotted to develop Ayurvedic cultivation.
Indian safari.
Just like how Noah made a huge ship and collected all different types of species of animals, birds and plantation in the same manner we should collect all the animals, birds and plantation and develop an Indian safari. India is the only country that has cold ice region, rain forest, desert, plains, rivers and sea. There is no other country in the world that has all of these things either it has desert or it has rain forest or it is landlocked without any sea, hence if we even have all different types of animals in our country like the Kangaroos, Gorillas and Puma etc. then India will become a same prototype of Earth. Also, by developing Indian safari we can not only save endangered species but also increase their population this will in turn develop tourism and also help tribal people get employment by looking after these animals. A huge area of Madhya Pradesh can be used for this purpose.
Dharmasthana:
A new temple called Dharmasthana should be formed for Aum(Om) the one and only one formless God of Ancient Indian Dharma from whom all gods originated and into whom all god reside. It should reside on the center of the country.
