Here are two another great personalities of India. First from Punjab and another from M.P. Padma Shri awardee and ex DGP Punjab s. s.virk is arrested on corruption charges of hundreds of crores rupees and links with terrorists. He is challenging his arrest on the ground that since he is presently under the services of Maharashtra as his home state is Maharashtra and not in Punjab services therefore prior permission from Maharashtra govt ought have been obtained. Yes he can challenge the procedure. But what about the corruption and links with the terrorists?

In M.P. Dr. Yogiraj Sharma is director of Health Services. About 16 crores of rupees were recovered from him for which he could not yet account for. In addition hundreds of acre irrigated land ,shares in medical companies and several business links are also come to know.

I say this is not the end of the chapter but introduction of it. Don't think them as sacks but they are samples from sacks. Where are the sacks of corruption. One may find in the godowns and the gordowns are Mantralayas[Secretariats]. The concerned departments like Health ,Home and GAD departments should be rinsed and emptied to know the reality. The quantum of corruption is such huge that ministers and several secretaries must be envolved. It could not be a one man's show.

Dr Yogiraj Sharma was transferred from the said post when Uma Bharati become Chief Minister and recaptured the said post when Babulal Gour become CM. How it could be. How the Health Secretaries, GAD secretaries, Chief Secretaries and the Chief Ministers were unaware of the fact.

Roots of corruption are somewhere else and it will not be possible to find out as there is honour among thieves. Present CM of MP has tremendous faith on IAS bureaucrats and according to him no charge sheet be filed against the bureaucrats without his prior section. This order is against the normal code of conduct.Don't depend so much on bureaucrats and police. When ever occasion comes these persons would bring the reputation of the politicians to end. Have independent thinking.

Another scam in the rule of BJP.Look to the letter.

My suggestion to the govt is that there are always corrupt ministers and their secretaries through whom the ministers grab money. There may not be documentary proof but the facts speak for them self. It is time that the state ministers for PWD, Home,Revenue, and commerce ministers should be dropped forth with and the officers and bureaucrats attached to them should be sent to post which have no source of Income.

u]Words and deeds should match? While the BJP's PM candidate Lal Krishna Advani was delivering a speech in the 87th annual function of the Assocham: For growth to be meaningful, it must change the lives of our ordinary people, both in rural and urban areas... It must be equitable, both geographically and socially, one of the Ministers in the BJP ruled State of Madhya Pradesh was embroiled in corruption cases. The Income Tax department raided several premises owned by the Minister, his brother and the Secretary of the State Health Department and brought ill-gotten wealth in the form of cash, jewellery and documents of property transaction from several bank lockers. It was reported that the State's leadership frantically tried to save the concerned Minister but looking ahead of the electoral prospects of the State (in November this year) and at the Centre next year, BJP national leadership was left with no choice but to insist for his resignation.
This scourge of corruption is not only of one political party's problem but almost all parties are affected. The way our men in authorities are after amassing wealth, as much as possible in the shortest time limit, shows how truly they are foolish in the liveliest sense of the Gospel parable of a man whose farm produced a mega harvest. He sheepishly planed for refurbishing his barns so as to keep the whole produce and then enjoy life for quite long. It was then he was asked what if your life is taken away tonight. Alas, when will the people of this world, who are frantically after amassing wealth at all cost, think for a moment about this question. It is high time all those who have hidden wealth/treasures not only in Indian Banks but also in Swiss or Mauritian Bank accounts, voluntarily disclose them for heavens sake, before it is too late for them to go through the traumas the Minister and others in MP are now passing through.

:rolleyes:Here is news in the Free Press,Indore dtd.21 st Jun '08. According to news Dr. Yogiraj Sharma who was retired compulsory is likely to be instated About fore months back he was compulsorily retired. Prosecution is to be lodged for disproportionate assets. It is said that through him the bureaucrats and politicians including ministers earned crores of rupees and he has threatened that if he is not re instated he will disclose the names of those who took money . Elections in MP are to be held by end of November and the BJP government apprehends that most of the MLAs and Ministers would be covered by the scams. It is also surprisingly such person was given all benefits which a pensioner gets though he is to be prosecuted. Why his pension is not suspended till the decision of the case? Otherwise for flimsy reasons pension of an ordinary person is easyly suspended.

Be it remembered that BJP may try to score in election due to inflation but on the count of correction it is sure that it will go in ditch.

:rolleyes:Let corruption prevail! It is but natural those in the Indian democracy corrupt persons whether they are just government servants or bureaucrats or of any of the rank are appreciated by all politicians crossing across the party line. If such officers are to be discharged from services they are discharged in such manner that the orders are left with material lacuna so as to save them from the termination. Is M.P. Government was so incompetent to issue termination order of Dr.Yogiraj Sharma that his writ petition was allowed by the M.P.HighCourt. The state government is badly exposed. This government appears to be by dishonest persons for dishonest people by reasonable and relatively honest citizens. Why he was not removed under the rule of 50:20 with no stigma, as there was no enquiry ordered. It appears to be a well-planed act on the part of government. I have experience that on flimsy and trivial grounds small employees and even judges are removed from services for no fault of them and with no defect in discharge orders. The superiors behave like big fishes and swallow small fishes but cannot dare to swallow big and large ones, as they are perennial source of corrupt money and power and ‘pleasure’. The present BJP government should be ashamed for its malignancy. An average citizen makes no difference with the ruling and opposite parties with reference to corruption. All sail in the same boat. Shame! Shame! and shame!
